I'm relatively new to this and technically challenged so please forgive my ignorance.
How do I access a list of templates and then actually get into them? I want to be able to change graphics, add text, etc. I have version 3.6.5 Thanks |

Admincp > Styles and Templates > Style Manager
All the options you need are in the dropdown menus for each style |

I've been there, but I still don't know how to access a list of templates.

Ok, then what do you mean by a list of templates? They're all right there

Actually, I just found the list. However, I'm not versed in html. Is there some kind of WYSIWYG editor?

To the best of my knowledge, there is not. If you are modifying text, you may want to start with looking at your Phrase Manager under Languages & Phrases. ...or just search for whatever phrases you might want to change in Search in Phrases.
Back to the html bit... I would be weary of making any changes to templates without a basic understanding of html first. It's quite simple to pick-up. Here's a good place to start: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp. Having this bit of knowledge will really help you more in understanding, customizing and working with your templates.
