Templates
I'm relatively new to this and technically challenged so please forgive my ignorance.
How do I access a list of templates and then actually get into them? I want to be able to change graphics, add text, etc. I have version 3.6.5 Thanks |
Admincp > Styles and Templates > Style Manager
All the options you need are in the dropdown menus for each style |
I've been there, but I still don't know how to access a list of templates.
|
Ok, then what do you mean by a list of templates? They're all right there
|
Actually, I just found the list. However, I'm not versed in html. Is there some kind of WYSIWYG editor?
|
To the best of my knowledge, there is not. If you are modifying text, you may want to start with looking at your Phrase Manager under Languages & Phrases. ...or just search for whatever phrases you might want to change in Search in Phrases.
Back to the html bit... I would be weary of making any changes to templates without a basic understanding of html first. It's quite simple to pick-up. Here's a good place to start: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp. Having this bit of knowledge will really help you more in understanding, customizing and working with your templates. :) |
