Default How do I ban a timezone......
I am having a problem with a guy registering on my forum and posting web links and names to porn sites. He is from the Eniwetok, Kwajalein inlands and is in the GMT-12:00 time zone. I have been able to stop him from posting but he registers at least once a day under a new name and IP but he can not change his tome zone so I am able to ID him and ban him. Is there a way that I can ban people from registering from this location. Any help will be appreciated as this is a problem. Thanks, the Wizard..........
