Click.......install............if you use my skin.

Download xmas_kin.zip file, extract into folder 9tl_xmas

Any forum Im on with the snow commin down is slow loading

Ok, I'm a skin newbie. I'm not sure how you are supposed to install this.

I extracted the zip, and put the folder under /images on the server, but none of the graphics loaded. Where/how is the path to the files setup?

No, you must put the folder in your forum dir, not under image
