It load slow because of the server.

Ok, I'm a skin newbie. I'm not sure how you are supposed to install this.

I extracted the zip, and put the folder under /images on the server, but none of the graphics loaded. Where/how is the path to the files setup?

No, you must put the folder in your forum dir, not under image

I would like to move the header/logo into my mkportal logo please, what would be the best way to do this?
