There is no foolproof method to do this.

Some humorous peeps like to have about 2000 lines of space at the top of their pages. While this doesn't fool a knowledgable person (who can clearly see the scroll bar apear) it may fool a few morons when they see the white page.

Or you could add an ascii image of the goatse guy to make them close the window as fast as possible.

But somehow I don't think this would work for commercial websites.

There are a few javascript ways to remove your sites html source, but it involves frames, and lost of stuff that i dont like getting into
