There is no foolproof method to do this.

Some humorous peeps like to have about 2000 lines of space at the top of their pages. While this doesn't fool a knowledgable person (who can clearly see the scroll bar apear) it may fool a few morons when they see the white page. :D

Or you could add an ascii image of the goatse guy to make them close the window as fast as possible.

But somehow I don't think this would work for commercial websites.

do what you can with php since its serverside.

There are a few javascript ways to remove your sites html source, but it involves frames, and lost of stuff that i dont like getting into
