Huge Server Load! · **Released**: 01-27-2007

Hello

I mm running a Forum with 75k members 150k posts from last few days i mm facing huger server load.

I have average of 300-400 users online. But when i have more than 450 users online at ones my server goes slow and i face huge server load. Today i had like 550 users online and my server load went to 14.90 (4 cpus)

Here is my server info

Intel Dual Woodcrest Processor
2 x 250GB Hard drive
2 GB Ram

Please suggest me some thing

What kind of server do you use? And what are the specifications?
