I've been a member of a purchased vbulletin since June. I can NEVER get this site to work. I did everything tonight...followed the directions...used my customer number, blah blah blah...still..I don't have sufficient priviledges. I'm starting to lose my patience. Can someone help me?
you click the link that says register for priority support that I believe is on the forumhome for you. then enter the same email you used for this forum account. then wait an hour and it should be gravy.

Being a member of a vBulletin board is not enough to get a licensed status here. If you are on the administration team of your board, you can ask the license holder to put your mail address on the technical support list.

If you are having trouble getting your status updated contact offical support at www.vbulletin.com via the members area. Tell them what username you use here and they will be able to update your status by hand for you.
