i try to download a new style, but i keep getting the same error:

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

Well, if you did that, it would work.

Make sure the caps the e-mails are in are exactly the same as they are in the vB member area.
