Thanks. I'll downlaod the trial. No it isn't cheating. . We have to do a report and present it to the class in some form. We chose web site and I'm to lazy to code it all in notepad. . THanks a to guys.

DW for XHTML, Zend Studio for PHP, Eclipse/JBuidler for Java

long time I haven't seen notepad, I replaced it with EmEditor :|

Used to be almost the same for me until I switched from Zend Studio to TruStudio. Also I despise JBuilder; evil buggy expensive bloatware whereas Eclipse is relatively simple and free.

I use Editpad lite for my html coding.

I don't need syntax highlighting for anything.

on Win OS, I use Editplus for almost all the codings. It got syntax highlight, tab browsing, and almost all features that a coder needs for programming.

on windows i use notepad/wordpad/crimson editor
it all depends what i'm doing.
