the way to upgrade is to organize yourself before hand. everytime you modify a file you should create a folder saying "modifiedfile_for_xhack" and put all the files you modifed in there. then when ever you need to reupload files from the same version it is easy. It also helps show which hacks you have installed and what files you will have to edit. the best way to make a smooth upgrade is to be prepared before hand
