Hello everyone, and thank you for trying to help me.

In a nut shell, I need to hire someone to install the following features in a V3B Forum:

An option that allows a user to send the url of the thread they just posted, along with an Animated Flash Cartoon, to an email address of their choice

Now, aside from hiring a Flash Designer (can anyone recommend one), who else would I need to hire to install the aforementioned feature?

Unfortunately this forum is for users who have not purchased vBulletin to request information on vBulletin and it's modiciations prior to purchase. If you'd like to check out our service requests forum, and read the sticky, you'll find information on how to request a service here at vBulletin.org.

On a personal note there's a few things you should always do before hiring someone:

- if it's a large project sign a contract
- do not pay in full until the project is complete (only pay desposits)
- always ask for references

I wish you luck with finding a coder and also with the running of your forum.
