Who would I hire for this?
 

Hello everyone, and thank you for trying to help me.

In a nut shell, I need to hire someone to install the following features in a V3B Forum:

An option that allows a user to send the url of the thread they just posted, along with an Animated Flash Cartoon, to an email address of their choice

Now, aside from hiring a Flash Designer (can anyone recommend one), who else would I need to hire to install the aforementioned feature?

On a personal note there's a few things you should always do before hiring someone:

- if it's a large project sign a contract
- do not pay in full until the project is complete (only pay desposits)
- always ask for references
