Your first question they should have an importer from vbseo in the pro version of dbseo if I remember correctly.

Your second issue, When I clicked on the downloads button for dbseo it was on the same version as you and I clicked the arrow buttons and chose the newest version.

I'm surprised they haven't answered you. They are usually pretty good about it.
