Dragonbyte Technologies Dead ? Not answering tickets/questions from paid customers ?
Is DragonByte Technologies Dead ?:eek:
I made 2 important questions last week, but 2 of those are closed and other 2 are unanswered yet. Wonder if they are still in business ? My topics: https://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/thre...x-dbseo.25166/ https://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/thre...se-help.25172/ Anyone else using Dragonbyte Technologies Products please share your views.. Thanks. |
I'm sure they are still supporting their other customers. They just seem to have gotten a bug up their asses about vBulletin and stopped supporting it altogether about a year ago.

But they are still selling vbulletin addons on there store.. so hopefully they will have to support there customers ? Isn't it ? They responded to my ticket, after making a post here. Hope my query is resolved, will update again. Thanks for update @Omnibus |
Your first question they should have an importer from vbseo in the pro version of dbseo if I remember correctly.
Your second issue, When I clicked on the downloads button for dbseo it was on the same version as you and I clicked the arrow buttons and chose the newest version. I'm surprised they haven't answered you. They are usually pretty good about it. |
My issue is resolved, DBTECH replied and was able to fix all my issues with DBSEO PRO.
Thanks.. |
I read somewhere that one of the people behind Dragonbyte got arrested or something a while back?
Just google Ian Kidd arrest. |
