Arrow down & apply a # sign to the start of each of those lines & add these

nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

Then hit ctrl + x to save & exit the file

From the command line enter:
postfix reload

Then tail the maillog while sending a email thru the admincp trouble shooter again.
