The easiest way to figure out the issue is to make use of your servers maillog.

ssh into server, tail the mailllog & then send an email again using the mail troubleshooter in the admincp

tail -f /var/log/maillog | grep "teambanaodao2017@gmail.com"

Post the error

Please edit the following & post whats in the file:

nano /etc/resolv.conf
pico /etc/resolv.conf

If neither command works, please install nano

yum install nano

Arrow down & apply a # sign to the start of each of those lines & add these

nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

Then hit ctrl + x to save & exit the file

From the command line enter:
postfix reload

Then tail the maillog while sending a email thru the admincp trouble shooter again.

ok, that was to verify that it wasnt a dns issue with them being unreachable.

Are you running a firewall? If so disable it & try again.
