i have vb 4.2.2 patch level 4
Server info Apache Version 2.4.25 PHP Version 5.6.29 MySQL Version 5.5.54-cll Architecture x86_64 Operating System linux recently i change my hosting after that my avatar image is broken i tried every method that already posted on vbulletin.com or .org and also through general update tool rebuild custom avatar thumbnail and profile. did every thing nothing happen ![]() cHECK Attachment please |

check your admincp to find out the storage type
if stored as files check if the images files are located where they're supposed to on the ftp |

Yep, check admincp > Avatars > Picture Storage Type and see if they say they are in the database or filesystem.

AdminCP > Avatars > User Pictures Storage Type .. And post the information from that page. |
