Problem with avatar

i have vb 4.2.2 patch level 4

Server info
Apache Version 2.4.25
PHP Version 5.6.29
MySQL Version 5.5.54-cll
Architecture x86_64
Operating System linux

recently i change my hosting after that my avatar image is broken i tried every method that already posted on vbulletin.com or .org

and also through general update tool rebuild custom avatar thumbnail and profile. did every thing nothing happen :( kindly help me out of this

check your admincp to find out the storage type
if stored as files check if the images files are located where they're supposed to on the ftp

Yep, check admincp > Avatars > Picture Storage Type and see if they say they are in the database or filesystem.

You say the attachments are currently being stored in the database, but we want to know where the *avatars* are currently being stored.

AdminCP > Avatars > User Pictures Storage Type ..

And post the information from that page.
