Do you have any add-ons installed? If so, disable them and see if the error persists. What I suggest doing is to follow:

AdminCP -> Options -> Plugin/Hook System

And for the setting "Enable Plugin/Hook System", click "No" and then save the settings. Then see if the error is still there.

If it disappears, then the issue will be found in one of your product plugins, and we can go from there...
