General Setting graphic issue
 

Hi
After upgrade my forum to 4.1x i got mess in my general settings panel. Now it looks like this :

I'm using two language versions (English and Polish) but issue appears on both of them

Can someone help me? At least give me some intel what should be check first.

I usually find such issues arise when a PHP error is being displayed at the top of the screen...do you see such an error on that page?

Yes, Ive just noticed that: )

Edit 2 : Fixed with code from link above.

Do you have any add-ons installed? If so, disable them and see if the error persists. What I suggest doing is to follow:

AdminCP -> Options -> Plugin/Hook System

And for the setting "Enable Plugin/Hook System", click "No" and then save the settings. Then see if the error is still there.

If it disappears, then the issue will be found in one of your product plugins, and we can go from there...:)
