it would be anytime somebody registered. and facebook would track it by who clicked on their links. but I don't want to just pay for "Visitors" but for people who are actually joining the forum. so after email confirmation should be fine. I believe.
Sorry but I do not think this is how it works. FB can only send people to your registration link and site. The rest is up to you. Sure would be nice though to only pay for conversions.
