Hello,
I'm getting a blank page when I'm trying to access directly the admincp (..../admincp/). I'm saying directly because I found a strange way to access it, like:
PHP 5.3.3 vB 4.2.2 Patch Level 1 Thank you |

What steps have you already tried for basic resolution? (Save us a bit of time.
![]() Replaced Core vBulletin Files. Run suspect files in maintenance. Shut off hooks/plugin system from the config.php. Checked server logs. (Especially PHP log) Tried a different Admin account. Tried a different browser. ![]() |

You need to ask yourself what did you do before this happened, ie: installed a new plugin, change a template, installed a new style, changed hosts. etc etc

I've seen this before, and haven't been able to nail it down. Most of the time people changed webhosts and then it worked again. PHP 5.3.3 is sorely buggy and out of date. Please get your webhost to upgrade to 5.3.29 at a MININUM.

@ForceHSS
The only that I did before it happened was the ...installation ![]() @Zachery Even if I'll do a fresh installation right now, I don't believe that it's a server's or PHP version issue as I installed it in another directory on the same domain and it works. But thinking in a funny way, I think that it will be good idea to keep it as is. Should be the most secure installation ![]() --------------- Added [DATE]1412258725[/DATE] at [TIME]1412258725[/TIME] --------------- Finally I upgraded to 5.4.33 and now everything works fine. Thank you all. |
