Mobile device won't allow log in

Tonight I logged into ozzmodz.com using my cell device and it worked. I logged into a few more sites just to make sure the problem is not with my cell phone. It works everywhere except my own site. I've never changed anything on my mobile style's templates, settings, or other code affiliated with the mobile style. This one has me scratching my head to where my hair is about to fall out

Any more ideas or suggestions on what could possibly be the problem?
