I don't think he should have to post what his problem is. He has phone support and that's the bottom line of it. I myself have phone support and have tried 'Numerous times" to speak to someone and nobody ever calls me back, they just send me a damn email asking what my problem is. Well, first off I have phone support yet you won't take my damn call, that's problem # 1 !!!!!1
Um, this thread is from 2011. Suggesting that this hardly ever happens. I know if I have a problem, I don't demand it come from only one source. I drop the question wherever I can, to get whatever help I can. I don't yell at the watercooler because the sink's faucet is drippy.
