Need phone support

Stuck in my upgrade effort from vb 3 to 4.
vbulletin.com support just does not help me with their semi-canned answers.
(I love their continued suggestions to "check over at vBulletin.org", what a great way to divert the attention. :) )

Would it be possible to talk to an experienced vbulletin person on Skype for 10 minutes?

I agree with emailapphost, if you are paying for phone support you should get. Take in consideration vbulletin is a busy company, they will help you as soon as they can, they have always helped me in less than 24 hours.

Um, this thread is from 2011. Suggesting that this hardly ever happens. I know if I have a problem, I don't demand it come from only one source. I drop the question wherever I can, to get whatever help I can. I don't yell at the watercooler because the sink's faucet is drippy.
