Users sitting in the "useractivation" table

I have about 15 entries in my useractivation table. I am going to guess that these users were moved to the registered usergroup manually. The issue is these users are not getting email notifications. Should I be doing something with these users or is there a way to "activate" their email. I turned off verify email address for my new users(bad practice I know) until I figure out this issue. Most of my users got the verify email but some did not(checked spam etc)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

( I am receiving emails and so are other users. All users are set to instant notification as well)

To tell you the truth, this human verification feature only annoys legitimate humans. The autospam programs have defeated it just like they have on all the major email clients themselves..

I don't even bother with it anymore.

Interesting... I'll leave it disable for now. I'd still like to solve the issue with a few users not getting the email alerts. They all seem to line up with the users in that "useractivation" table. Those users in that table are in my Registered Users group as well

You can go into their profiles one at a time since there are so few of them, and have the system re-send the activation email.

I did that. They do not seem to get it. Even ran the cron job a few times.

You could try moving them all back to the "users awaiting email confirmation" usergroup... Then back to "Registered users."

I've never seen the problem you're describing before so i am just spitballing.

A assume you're communicating with some of them via email yourself? i would try that next, to see if your own emails get bounced.

Yes. I did prove that email is indeed working. haha

I moved a few users to the Awaiting Email Confirmation group, tried resend the activation email.
All 3 users didn't get it. I moved them back to registered users and they still aren't getting the email alerts..

So one of my users that I moved to the "awaiting confirmation" group can still log in. I thought that was odd but they are also in the useractivation table...

I don't get it.
