Looking for a mod that allows a Moderator access to change a users primary usergroup.

I'm looking for a add-on that will allow a Moderator access to change a users primary usergroup and nothing else. I know I can give this moderator rights in Administrator Permissions but I don't want them to see Paid Subscriptions, etc...

Give them administrator permissions and then change their access rights. When you make them admin itll tell you to change their permissions

If they can change usergroups then they can make themselves admin anyway, but they wont be able to change permissions if you set them not able to
