Looking for a mod that allows a Moderator access to change a users primary usergroup.
 

I'm looking for a add-on that will allow a Moderator access to change a users primary usergroup and nothing else. I know I can give this moderator rights in Administrator Permissions but I don't want them to see Paid Subscriptions, etc...

Give them administrator permissions and then change their access rights. When you make them admin itll tell you to change their permissions :)

If they can change usergroups then they can make themselves admin anyway, but they wont be able to change permissions if you set them not able to :)
