I may have linked to the wrong version, but if you had checked their profile, you would have seen that they also make a 3.x version. And it's supported. And it doesn't have "other mods" as you suggested. It's an activity modification that will let you add rewards, trophies or whatever want to call them, based on specified activity, or manually. It's precisely what you're asking for.
