Automatically Create Usernote on Username Change · **Released**: 07-28-2007

This hack automatically creates a usernote when a user's name is changed (in the admincp, user.php).
This is useful to admins/moderators who like to keep track of who their users are. If a user's name is changed how do you remember their old name?
