Changing my forum layout from vertical to horizontal..

I've added it to my forum but I've come across a few more issues. Here's a screenshot:



(1) I was wondering if there was anyway to move where I've pointed the red arrows to where I've added the red lines - Basically move threads and posts to underneath the forum title. I was looking to add the "last post by" underneath those too if possible.

(2) And I was wondering if there was also a way to remove the green subscribe marker on the forum home as well? That would be extremely helpful.

EDIT: Oh, and just saw your reply now. I'll do a search for those also. EDIT AGAIN: Sorry, no modifications that I can find.
