Your last repair and optimise issue si still relating to the issue i posted, trust me, speak to your host with regard to what i posted , after a failed repair/optimise a file gets left behind TMD it is this file (and no you cant see it in your files) that is causing your issue, your host needs to delete that file for you and then perform the repair and you should be set
