You should be the only one downloading the .zip, once done you can attach via email and shoot it over to them along with the customer number as it's the only thing required i.e. for the installation or upgrade script to function. You should never, ever give out your password to the members area! Now I'm not saying that I don't have a few handy as some simply do not touch the back end of their own sites yet some do however giving your password to others should not be taken lightly and ultimately it's your account therefor your responsible for it.
