How do I transfer to new host and change Domain name??

First of all,
Download all files from the "public_html" folder. After that, download the database, and replace links from the "datastore" table with the links of the new domain name.

If the database is big download:
http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump/

Edit the bigdump.php with the database details, after that edit your config.php file with the new database details, upload all php files on the new hosting. That should be it!
