Hook Location between vB3 and vB4

I know the rules, that questions need to be asked in the mod's thread, but I think this question is not only about a specific mod, my question is about the hooks

And thank you for your suggestion. Before posting this topic, I've tried to find that hook, or a different hook with the same function... but I found that searching system between vB3 and vB4 is too different... out of my hand.

If I've done anything wrong, please forgive me because my English is not good.
