Remove "page 1 of 3" text from forumdisplay and showthread

That's really really funny cause i just found

<title>$thread[prefix_plain_html] $thread[title]<if condition="$pagenumber>1"> - <phrase 1="$pagenumber">$vbphrase[page_x]</phrase></if></title>

Change to

<title>$thread[prefix_plain_html] $thread[title]</title>

For showthread

And forumdisplay find

<title>$foruminfo[title_clean]<if condition="$pagenumber>1"> - <phrase 1="$pagenumber">$vbphrase[page_x]</phrase></if></title>

Replace with

<title>$foruminfo[title_clean]</title>
