This is a work around for another hack I tried to use, daveaite (Coder/Designer) but didn't like the way it cut of the music when you go from one page to another so.

its simple HTML that uses the sidebar block option.

the text files are for either forums with or without /forum/ in their root

directions are in the first post of this mod

I like this, but a few of my out-of-country users can't access anything. Bummer.

I think thats proprietary bullcrap and nothing we can do about it

I installed some new mods and was trying out some new stuff :>

found a way to post them in a category link check it out here just have to enable html then i close the thread and close the forum makes a nice setup if you want more info let me know. I guess i will install that mod and link back to the demo :> but i like this better

once you play with this a wile you can go to playlist.com , make an account and make your own play lists.

I made the pop up windows a size that if you just make a new play list and snag the code from the embedding share tool.

you can easily just replace my play lists with your own, and any one can make buttons

so play with it and create your own play lists for your crowd. its so easy every site should have music . i really like the buttons in the thread instead of sidebar, people xouldnt find it and you had no real control over permissions. have fun

is there a way to stream radio from a url? it would be much help if you could tell me because i want to make a web radio station for my forum.

its not easy though you have to have some software ,
first is your radio station , with playlists and so on, and you have to have a streaming server set up you may search for streaming radio software or heres a link
