This is a work around for another hack I tried to use, daveaite (Coder/Designer) but didn't like the way it cut of the music when you go from one page to another so.
its simple HTML that uses the sidebar block option.
the text files are for either forums with or without /forum/ in their root
simply upload the new files to your root directory. then goto admincp/forum and moderators/ then forum blocks manager
Now add new block
select block type: custom HTML/PHP
title; Music player
description: what ever you want
active: YES
]content type: HTML
Content : ADD the code here from the text file that fits your setup
SAVE
that all you now have 5 buttons in sidebar that play a ton of music
Alternate install
You can create a new forum category but you will have to enable html in that category.
and then go post the code into thread ,then close the thread and the forum
this give better control over the players html and permissions.
you still upload the folders with the files but instead of making a forum block and all that just make new category for the Buttons check it out here
Does this still only allow your playlist (so everyone on your site has the same one), or does it allow individual users to upload their own unique playlists? thanks.

I think you can make an account at playlist.com and then you can add or remove the songs to your playlist but I dont really know this should work with all players they would just have to be placed into html or php page and served the same way, just change the block code to point to the new page with a whole other plugin in it. or even make a new block with another player in it . im looking at some others . let you know

Ive done some testing and found that you cannot add your own music to the play lists posted , unless you have access to the HTML its hosted in. But you can make an account and add music to your play lists on line at playlist.com, so in other words you could just go there and make an account and play your lists just as easy as any other site. i also found
you can find any music you want from this site. its pretty amassing, so while this is a redundant addon, now you could enable HTML in your site and people could paste their own code into a post. But HTML has its own issues when enabled.
I have made a setup that has 5 different buttons and they have about 200 songs per player so that's 1000 songs in 5 category's, will post it later
