Looks Like the Backend of Joomla. if thats the case things will be different but not necessarily better. There are alot of redundant tasks in the Joomla ACP. I hope this isnt the case with vB.

I wish the Adm Control section was much easier. Are we going to be able to load things from this area, or we still need to use our host site to upload things?

I've not heard about any changes in how we upload things to our sites.

If you're not using an FTP program (I get the feeling that you're using the host's file manager... which if it's the CPanel File Manager, that is slow), I suggest checking into one.
