How would you go about adding an extra field to "new thread"? like to go from this:

Have you done a search on "form*" or "thread*" in "all mods" "titles only"? I know I've seen a mod to do exactly what you want.

search all mods, not just 3.8. Many mods in the other forums will work just fine with 3.8
