Have you done a search on "form*" or "thread*" in "all mods" "titles only"? I know I've seen a mod to do exactly what you want.

Hi lynne. I search those in 3.8 mods + title only and no lyck :(

search all mods, not just 3.8. Many mods in the other forums will work just fine with 3.8
