Popup message upon rank promotion

Thank you, its certainly a great start!

It would be great to make it pop up as message on the screen similar to the below instead of having it as a PM? The mod in the screenshot is a PM Popup notification.

It would also be great if you can have a default message, but also the option to add a custom message shown for each rank?

EG -

Congratulations, you have been promoted to the rank of [1]
You can now do XYZ on the forum

Congratulations, you have been promoted to the rank of [2]
You can now use the following features on the forum

Congratulations, you have been promoted to the rank of [3]
Did you know that you can do etc etc

It would be a great way of promoting what features you have on the forum. The more people post the more they move up in rank and they more they learn!
