Popup message upon rank promotion
 

Hi, Im really after a mod for 3.7 that will make a message pop up on the users screen when they have been promoted in rank.

Either a standard popup box, or if possible somthing a bit more snazzy such as an ajax message (if thats the right term!)
To make it even better and if its possible at all, maybe even somthing like below:

i like the idea of this and should not take to long to make.
Sadly i will not be able to make this for a few eeks as i have something else on right now.
I would like to make this and i may do in a few weeks if no one else has done so by then.

Actually, the real value of this kind of mod would be to notify the Member AND Admins/Mods that the promotion has occurred. You often want to do something when there is a promotion.

i guess...this a great suggestions as a new mod hack to be done...this might handy and useful...
