i usually play Enemy Territory, as it is free and online, and i hate to pay for free and online... so it's the only game i play... i can log-in 25 times a day, play 2 minutes each time... just to releive stress.. lol my teammates hates that... but hey, i'm the leading engie.. lol

Playing my PC games is my stress reliever, at least until it is Spring or Autumn - then I go to the cabin and get away. I need to go fly fishing again.

I usually internalise all my stress and anger, then it ends up all errupting at once a few times a year (I know, not healthy :P).

if you have to clean up after the erruption, that is surely not healthy

I usually dont cry when I'm stressed, actually I dont cry much at all. If I do, I'd have to say its when I'm REALLY REALLY pissed off. LOL I mean really pissed. This usually involves my husband, about twice a year. LOL

Not my message boards. They can stress me out but when they do, I turn the computer off and walk away. For a few weeks.

I relieve stress working in the garden these days. Spent almost 4 hours out there this morning.

Shooting at something would be a good thing to do when I'm pissed, not stressed. LOL

My street is a double dead end connected by a small street that goes out to the main street, so it just goes in one big circle. I'll just walk around it endlessly.

One day I did 40 laps, just walking and listening to my PSP.

When I Am stressed out I watch videos of babies at youtube.. its an excellent stress reliever trust me and also I do some meditation and yoga helps me a lot to get back...
