I do one of two things to relieve stress...

1) Play Command and Conquer 3 build my army and then use Weapons of Mass Destruction to pulverize the enemy. Nukes, Ion Cannons, Alien Motherships... it doesn't matter as they all work.

2) Go to our meditation room, sit before the altar, light some candles and incense and either meditate, do some yoga or some kung fu exercises.

Which I do depends on what kind of stress it is.
