If you want to give the second navbar a totally different style than the existing one, then I would suggest creating a new class. You can enter the css for it at the bottom of the Main CSS page.
As for positioning, usually the modification thread will tell how to put it in different places (at least the couple of second navbar mods I have seen have had options). |
