Now is this a feature that is standard with 3.7? Or is it a 3.8 kind of thing? OR! is there a mod somewhere that meets this same dealiebob? Seriously, I keep searching and I'm coming up empty here.

It's in 3.7 onwards. There is a modification called Zoints Tags for earlier versions.

Ok, it's official, I AM retarded. I can't believe there's an entire tab that says "Thread Prefixes" and I just kept going right by it.

"Require threads to have prefix?" yes | no

There's also a prefix manager in the nav menu in ACP

Yeah, I'm an idiot and have been hopped up on pain killers trying to find simple things. I promised to have a new forum ready for liftoff today and here I am, trying to figure out the easy things.
