Now is this a feature that is standard with 3.7? Or is it a 3.8 kind of thing? OR! is there a mod somewhere that meets this same dealiebob? Seriously, I keep searching and I'm coming up empty here. :(

It's in 3.7 onwards. There is a modification called Zoints Tags for earlier versions.

There's also a prefix manager in the nav menu in ACP
